Stellar Pacific Ventures Ltd. (SPX) is pleased to announce the acquisition of 100% interest in 44 Cells covering 2,862 hectares located in the middle of the uranium play in the Northern Quebec's Otish Mountains. The Company is earning its interest by paying $50,000.00 and issuing 400,000 shares of its share capital to two prospectors.
The acquisition comprised two blocs of claims.
Bloc "A" covering 1,325 hectares located 2.5 km north of Ditem properties
and 8 km north west of Strateco's Matoush property.
Bloc "B" covering 670.45 hectares located 8 km north east of Strateco's Matoush property where significant uranium results has been obtained by Strateco recently with 2.1% U3O8 over 12.4 metres (22/12/2006) and 2.13% U3O8 over 15.2 metres (20/02/2007).
This area is well known for its uranium potential, Stellar is very pleased to add this property to its properties portfolio.
